Hi, I'm Marty Cole. Cream & Slush started in my kitchen, somewhere between an over-caffeinated Diet Coke habit and a Ninja Slushi that would not stop earning its counter space. I'm a home cook, not a chef, and I run this site for people who own a Ninja Slushi or Ninja Creami and just want the good stuff: frozen drinks and homemade ice cream that actually work the first time.

Most of these get made for my wife and kids first, which means they get judged hard. If a Creami pint comes out like frozen chalk or a slush freezes into a brick, it does not make the site. I write every recipe for a real machine: Slushi recipes auto-scale to your machine size and flag freeze and alcohol-safety issues, and Creami recipes are dialed in for a single pint. I care about texture as much as taste, because nobody remembers a drink that tasted fine but felt wrong.
