Creamy Vanilla Bean Protein Ice Cream

Vanilla gets a bad rap for being boring, but this Creamy Vanilla Bean Protein Ice Cream is the base I make most weeks in the Ninja Creami. It comes out soft and actually creamy, not that frozen-chalk texture you fight with when you blend protein powder solo. The sugar-free vanilla pudding mix is doing the heavy lifting there. My wife uses hers as a blank canvas and crushes graham crackers on top, my kid just wants it plain. Freeze the pint a full 24 hours, level it flat first, and if it's powdery after spin one, splash of milk and re-spin. Done.
