Confession, I used to buy the tub of cookies and cream and feel guilty about it, so I started making this Cookies & Cream Protein Ice Cream in the Ninja Creami instead. The cheesecake pudding mix and vanilla protein give it that tangy creamy base, and it spins up smooth, not icy. My kids couldn't tell the difference once the cookie pieces were in. Add crushed sandwich cookies after the first spin using the mix-in function, not before, or they vanish into the base. Freeze flat for 24 hours and you'll get a clean spin every time.
