My wife loves red velvet cake, so for her birthday I made this Red Velvet Greek Yogurt Ice Cream in the Ninja Creami and the deep red color got an actual gasp. The Greek yogurt and chocolate protein with chocolate pudding mix give it that subtle cocoa tang red velvet is known for, and it spins up creamy, not icy. Use gel food coloring, not the liquid stuff, since liquid waters down the base and won't give you that bold color. Freeze flat for 24 hours, spin, and add a splash of milk to re-spin if the first pass looks crumbly.
