This Berry Banana Protein Smoothie Bowl is frozen mixed berries, banana, almond milk, and vanilla protein powder, frozen in a pint and spun on the Ninja Creami's Smoothie Bowl setting into a thick, scoopable bowl you eat with a spoon and toppings. My wife started making her own pint the next morning, which is how I knew it was a keeper. The banana is non-negotiable, it's what keeps the protein powder from going chalky. If it spins dry, add a splash of almond milk and re-spin.

Tip: freeze the pint on a level shelf for a full 24 hours. If the first spin looks crumbly, add a splash of milk and run Re-spin.
Ingredients
- Frozen Mixed Berries1 cup
- Banana1 whole
- Almond Milk0.75 cup
- Vanilla Protein Powder1 tbsp
- Granolaoptional2 tbsp
Directions
- 1Blend the frozen berries, banana, almond milk, and protein powder until smooth.
- 2Pour the mixture into a Creami pint, keeping it under the fill line.
- 3Freeze the pint flat for about 24 hours.
- 4Run the SMOOTHIE BOWL preset.
- 5If it comes out crumbly, add a splash of almond milk and Re-spin.
- 6Spoon into a bowl and top with granola before serving.
