Horchata Frappe

My abuela-adjacent friend Marisol took one sip of this Horchata Frappe out of the Ninja Slushi and went quiet, which from her is basically a standing ovation. It pours thick and creamy with that cinnamon-rice-milk flavor you get from the good taco truck, except frozen and slushy. The sweetened condensed milk is what makes it taste like a dessert instead of a sad cold drink. One tip: stir your prepared horchata before you pour it in, because the cinnamon likes to settle at the bottom and you want it spread through the whole batch.
