Blue Raspberry Italian Ice

Blue tongue, blue lips, fully nostalgic. This Blue Raspberry Italian Ice tastes like the slush truck that parked outside my elementary school, and the Ninja Creami nails that grainy, spoonable texture on the Italian Ice preset. My kids lost their minds over the color alone. It's just water, blue raspberry syrup, and sugar frozen overnight, so it's almost too easy. One tip, stir until the sugar is completely dissolved before it goes in the freezer, otherwise you'll find a sweet sludge layer at the bottom and a watery top.
