Raspberry Ripple Sorbet

Raspberry Ripple Sorbet in the Ninja Creami became a thing because my wife loves raspberry anything and I love being told I did a good job. It comes out tart and bright with that little seedy texture raspberries do, smooth and slushy rather than icy. The white grape juice sneaks in extra sweetness without tasting like grape, which keeps the raspberry front and center. Strain half the puree if you hate seeds, leave it if you don't. Let the pint soften a minute or two before spinning, and re-spin with a splash of juice if it comes out crumbly.
