Made this Classic Strawberry Sorbet in the Ninja Creami on a brutal July afternoon and my kids treated it like I'd opened a snow cone stand in the kitchen. It comes out bright and tart, slushy-smooth, and tastes like actual strawberries instead of pink sugar syrup. The lemonade does double duty, adding sweetness and keeping it from freezing into a brick. Let the frozen pint sit a couple minutes before the first spin so the machine doesn't strain. If it's crumbly after one go, a splash of lemonade and a re-spin smooths it right out.

Tip: freeze the pint on a level shelf for a full 24 hours. If the first spin looks crumbly, add a splash of milk and run Re-spin.
Ingredients
- Frozen Strawberries2 cup
- Lemonade0.75 cup

- 4Lock the pint into the outer bowl and run the SORBET program.
- 5If the result looks powdery or crumbly, drizzle in a tablespoon of lemonade and run Re-spin.
