Golden Pineapple Sorbet

Golden Pineapple Sorbet came out of an aggressive Costco pineapple haul I had to do something with, and the Ninja Creami turned it into the best decision of that week. It's tangy and tropical, smooth and slushy, tasting like pineapple that got a glow-up. My wife said it reminded her of Dole Whip, which is the bar, and honestly it clears it. The honey keeps it from freezing rock-solid and adds a mellow sweetness. Use ripe pineapple chunks, and if the first spin looks crumbly, splash in a little pineapple juice and run it again.
