Cold Brew Coffee

Cold Brew Coffee in the Ninja Creami started as a way to use up espresso powder and turned into my favorite afternoon pick-me-up that happens to be dessert. The instant espresso plus sweetened condensed milk gives it that sweet, smooth iced-coffee flavor, and it spins into a dense, creamy scoop that doesn't taste watered down like blended coffee drinks can. My coworker tried a spoonful and immediately asked for the recipe. Dissolve the espresso powder in the warm milk first, then chill the base before freezing, or you'll be chewing little coffee granules later.
