Dulce de Leche

My wife's family is Argentine and dulce de leche is basically a love language over there, so this Dulce de Leche ice cream in the Ninja Creami had a tough crowd. Her mom tried it, paused, and gave a slow nod, which in that house means you nailed it. It's caramel-smooth with a little salt cutting the sweetness so it doesn't get cloying. Swirl extra dulce de leche in on the mix-in spin instead of stirring it all into the base, so you get those ribbons. Let it soften a couple minutes before scooping or your spoon bends.
