Pulled out this frozen Elderflower Gin Cocktail at a backyard get-together and my friend who claims she "doesn't like gin" had two. Elderflower liqueur softens the gin into something floral and a little tart, the grapefruit juice keeps it from getting perfumey, and the Ninja Slushi turns the whole thing into a crisp, sippable slush. It drinks like a fancy garden-party cocktail without you doing anything fancy. Add the tonic last and go light, since the bubbles fade fast once it's frozen. This is an adults-only pour, but it tastes deceptively gentle.
