Hosted a late dinner and made this Espresso Martini with Baileys in the Ninja Slushi for the after-dinner crowd (strictly 21+). SToK cold brew, vodka, Kahlua and a splash of Baileys on SPIKED SLUSH, and it pours like a frozen coffee dessert with that creamy Baileys finish. My friend Marcus, who claims he doesn't like sweet drinks, had two and got philosophical about his career. It tastes like a coffeehouse and a nightcap had a baby. Tip: use real cold brew, not hot coffee cooled down, the concentrated stuff keeps it from going watery. Pace yourself, the coffee hides the booze.

Ingredients
- Stok Black Cold Brew Coffee20 oz
- Vodka10 oz
- Kahlua8 oz
- Baileys Irish Cream5.3 oz
- Water20 oz
- Simple Syrup2 oz
Makes ~64 oz Β· est. 10.0% ABV
Directions
- 1In a large pitcher, combine the black cold brew coffee, vodka, Kahlua, and Baileys Irish Cream.
- 2Add the water and simple syrup, whisking thoroughly until completely blended.
- 3Pour the coffee-spirit mixture into the Slushi container.
- 4Select SPIKED SLUSH (or SlushAssist on Max models) and let it run.
- 5Once the machine beeps indicating target viscosity is reached (about 20 minutes), dispense into martini glasses.
- 6Garnish with whole coffee beans on top of each glass.
