Frozen French 75

New Year's Eve is when I first talked myself into a Frozen French 75 in the Ninja Slushi, and now it comes out anytime we want to feel fancy. Gin, lemon, simple syrup, and prosecco freeze into a slushy, bright, lemony drink that's classy and a little sneaky. My friend Priya, who insists she doesn't like gin, finished hers and asked what was in it. Strictly 21 and up. Don't go heavy on the gin thinking you'll improve it, because too much booze keeps the mix from freezing and you'll get a slushie that never sets.
