Frozen Irish Coffee

Cold rainy Saturday plus leftover morning coffee equals this Frozen Irish Coffee out of the Ninja Slushi, which is a sentence I'm proud of. Whiskey, cooled coffee, and sweetened condensed milk freeze into a creamy, slushy coffee drink that tastes like a boozy frozen latte. My buddy Sean, who is actually Irish and therefore a tough crowd, gave it a nod, which is basically a parade. This is for grown-ups only. Make sure the coffee is fully cooled before it goes in, because warm coffee fights the freeze and you'll be standing there waiting forever.
