Honestly didn't expect much from a Kombucha Slush, figured it'd be a health-kick experiment, but my kid drank half of mine before I could stop her. Pour sweetened kombucha straight into the Ninja Slushi and it freezes into a fizzy, tangy slush that's lighter than a soda slush and a little funky in a good way. The fizz mostly mellows out, so you're left with a tart, slushy fruit drink. Use a kombucha that's actually sweetened, because the sugar is what lets it freeze; the bone-dry ones just stay liquid and stubborn. Surprisingly good, no booze required.

Directions
- 1Pre-chill the kombucha to help speed up the freezing process.
- 2Pour the kombucha directly into the Slushi container.
- 3Select the SLUSH setting and adjust the temperature control down to 1 bar.
- 4Run the machine for 30 minutes, then dispense immediately.
