Confession: I drink an absurd amount of Coke Zero, so a Frozen Coke Zero in the Ninja Slushi was always going to happen. The trick most people miss is that zero-sugar soda alone won't freeze into proper slush, which is why the allulose matters. It gives the machine something to grab so you get that real fountain-slushy texture instead of a brick or a fizzy slush-fail. The lemon juice sharpens it up so it tastes like the gas station version, minus the sugar crash. My buddy Dave didn't believe it was zero-sugar until he read the cup. Run it on SLUSH and don't skip the allulose.
