London Mule Slush
π Be the first to rate this
I'm a sucker for a Moscow mule, so a frozen London Mule Slush with gin instead of vodka was an easy sell to myself. The diet ginger beer brings the spice, the lime keeps it sharp, and a couple dashes of Angostura give it that grown-up bitter edge that stops it tasting like a soda. Out of the Ninja Slushi it's slushy and crisp, exactly what you want on a hot porch evening. Since the ginger beer is diet, add a splash of simple syrup so it actually freezes; sugar is what gives a slush its body. Adults only.
