London Mule Slush

I'm a sucker for a Moscow mule, so a frozen London Mule Slush with gin instead of vodka was an easy sell to myself. The diet ginger beer brings the spice, the lime keeps it sharp, and a couple dashes of Angostura give it that grown-up bitter edge that stops it tasting like a soda. Out of the Ninja Slushi it's slushy and crisp, exactly what you want on a hot porch evening. Since the ginger beer is diet, add a splash of simple syrup so it actually freezes; sugar is what gives a slush its body. Adults only.

Your machine size

Slushi 64 oz (Standard) Β· quantities scaled Γ—1

⚠️ May be too boozy to freeze

Estimated 36.9% ABV is above the ~16% ceiling. Add water or juice to bring it down and restart the freeze.

⚠️ Over the hard-spirit limit

~24.0 oz of 40% spirit exceeds the ~4.1 oz max for this batch size. Dilute or scale down the liquor.
