Mint Chocolate Chip is the flavor that turned my dad into a Ninja Creami convert at sixty-two years old. He grew up on the green scoop and said mine actually tastes like peppermint, not toothpaste, which is the whole battle with this one. Go easy on the peppermint extract, a little goes a long way and you can always add more. I leave mine white instead of dyeing it green, but you do you. Stir in mini chips at the re-spin so they distribute, and it freezes into a cool, creamy scoop with crunch in every bite.
