Mixed Berry Medley Sorbet

Friday-night cleanout of the freezer drawer is how this Mixed Berry Medley Sorbet happened. I dumped the leftover frozen berries into a pint with cranberry juice and a little simple syrup, froze it overnight, and the Ninja Creami spun it into something deep purple and tart enough that my wife stole my bowl. The cranberry juice is doing real work here, it cuts the sweetness so it doesn't taste like jam. First spin looked powdery and dry. Don't panic, hit it with a splash of juice and re-spin and it goes creamy.
