Made this Peach Bellini Slush for brunch and it disappeared faster than the actual food, which tells you everything. The peach mix, champagne, and a little rum and schnapps go through the Ninja Slushi and come out as a frosty, peachy slush that drinks like a bellini that wandered off to the pool. My sister-in-law called it "breakfast you're allowed to feel fancy about." Add the champagne gently and last so you keep some of the fizz; dumping it all in early flattens it out. Mimosa people, this is your upgrade. Adults only, naturally.

- Margarita Man Peach Mix7 oz
- Champagne14 oz
- Rum4 oz
- Peach Schnapps2 oz
- Water37 oz
Makes ~64 oz · est. 5.8% ABV
Directions
- 1In a large pitcher, combine the concentrated peach mix, water, champagne, rum, and peach schnapps.
- 2Whisk the mixture gently until all elements are fully integrated.
- 3Pour the mixture into the Slushi machine.
- 4Select the SPIKED SLUSH mode and let the machine run for 45 minutes before dispensing.
