Peach Orchard Sorbet

My mom dropped off a bag of frozen peaches she swore were 'too good to waste,' so into a pint they went with peach nectar and honey. Overnight in the freezer, then the Ninja Creami spun up this Peach Orchard Sorbet that tastes like a peach you'd eat over the sink. The honey keeps it from tasting flat the way plain peach can. Heads up, peaches freeze rock-hard, so let the pint sit on the counter two or three minutes before you spin or your machine will groan at you.
