This Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream is what happens when I let myself raid the Halloween candy in the name of "research." The Ninja Creami turns the peanut butter base into something so smooth it's almost dangerous, and the chopped cups folded in on the mix-in spin give you those cold candy bites. My buddy Dave took one spoonful and went quiet, which is the highest compliment Dave gives. The condensed milk does the heavy lifting on texture here, so don't swap it for regular milk or you'll get an icy puck instead of creamy.
