Rocky Road

Rocky Road was my move as a kid, and making it in the Ninja Creami brought the whole thing back. The base spins up like deep chocolate ice cream, smooth and not icy, and then you fold in the marshmallows and almonds during the mix-in spin so they actually distribute instead of clumping at the bottom. My son's review was "why is there crunchy stuff," then he ate two bowls, so draw your own conclusions. Don't add the mix-ins to the raw base before freezing or they'll sink. Wait for the dedicated mix-in step.
