Toasted Coconut Almond Fudge sounds like a candy bar and that's exactly the energy I was going for in the Ninja Creami. The cream of coconut makes it taste like a cold Almond Joy, and toasting the coconut first is the move, it goes from meh to nutty and deep. My kid called it "the beach one" and I'm keeping that. Toast the coconut in a dry pan and watch it, it burns in about ten seconds of you looking away. Fold the almonds and fudge in on the mix-in spin so they stay put instead of sinking.
